Chris Smith

Owner/LMT
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. During that time, I have worked in virtually ALL aspects of Massage Therapy. From Mobile Massage and Chiropractic Offices to Massage Franchises and Independent Massage Studios. Basically I have seen and done it all when it comes to working in the Massage Therapy Industry. In addition to real world experience, I also take an estimated 30-35 hours a year in Contiinuing Education courses - well over the required 6 hrs per year.
Therefore, in 2021, when I opened Lifetouch Medical Massage ( which is now Lifetouch Massage Therapy) in Denton, Tx I was confident in my abilities as a Massage Therapist and an Independent Business Owner. I have learned a lot over the years and bring all of that cumulative knowledge to my table for each client in a way that benefits them the most. The variety of techniques and skills that I use depend entirely on what each client needs at the time of their session. No massage is ever "cookie cutter". I continue to love what I do, which is to help people feel better, move better, and live their best lives - One Step at a Time.
**Chris is fully booked and not accepting new clients. Please consider a different member of the team.
Angelica Ozuna
Licensed Massage Therapist

Hi, I'm Angelica. I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage with a thoughtful, intuitive approach. I focus on finding the exact pressure needed to create true release within the tissue without overstressing surrounding muscles. My work is intentional and responsive, blending therapeutic technique with a calming presence so that body and mind feel safe enough to release stubborn tension.
I have over 3 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and understand that every nervous system is different. I take extra care to create a supportive, sensory-aware environment where communication, comfort, and consent are always prioritized. Whether you prefer a lighter touch, deeper focussed work, minimal conversation, or clear step-by-step guidance, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are.
My sessions are designed to support both physical relief and nervous system regulation. I believe massage should never feel overwhelming. It should feel grounding, restorative, and deeply personalized. My goal is for every client to walk out the door feeling lighter, calmer, and fully restored.
Outside of the treatment room, I love traveling with my family and exploring different State Parks. As a proud Denton local, I am passionate about serving my community and creating a space where people can slow down, reset, and truly care for themselves. I can't wait to work with you.
Hi, I'm Rachel. I am a graduate of Healing Hands Massage Institute in Richardson, Tx (500 hour program). I went to massage school during the pandemic, aced all my classes, and have been practicing since January 2022. I discovered my love for massage and holistic health at age 12 and I have always felt drawn to it. Throughout my teenage years, I continued practicing and always wanted to learn to become better at it. Once I realized my huge potential to become a massage therapist and a successful one at that, that is when I decided to put my talents to use and go to massage school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist ( LMT). Becoming a massage therapist is one of the greatest things that's ever happened to me. It saved my life, and I'm glad that I'm now able to help people in need of self-care. I take pride in what I do, I love that I'm helping people, and I want my clients to leave feeling much needed relief.
I don't only cater to just one or two types of massage. I've always considered myself a pretty flexible therapist able to perform multiple different modalities and styles. I am trained in cupping, hot stone therapy, cold stone therapy, CBD massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage (both manual and post cosmetic), reflexology, prenatal, pin stretching, and trigger point. I am also a certified Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and am able to offer energy work sessions or Reiki + Massage.
Self-care overall is very important and so is a safe environment, so I aim to achieve both of those. I encourage all clients to be honest, let me know what they need, and let me know of any improvements that I can make. Please communicate with me. I look forward to continuing my career as an LMT for many years to come and helping people any way I can.
